- Team plan: Light and Regular users on a Team Standard seat, Heavy users on a Team Premium seat — usage is bundled into the seat.
- Enterprise plan: a low flat seat PLUS metered usage billed at API rates ("seat price + usage at API rates"), estimated per user by usage tier and work profile.
- API estimates are rough industry figures — coding/agentic work (Claude Code) uses far more tokens than chat-based work — grounded in Claude's API rates and fully editable.

How much does Claude cost per user in Malaysia?
On the Team plan a Claude seat is about RM95 per user/month on annual billing (US$20; ~RM102 month-to-month), and a higher-usage Premium seat about RM470/month (US$100) — usage is bundled into the seat. On Enterprise you pay a low flat seat (~US$20) plus metered API usage, so cost per user tracks the work: a light business-ops user often lands near RM110/month, while a heavy coding/engineering user can run RM1,500–3,800/month at API rates. What's the difference between Claude Team and Enterprise?
Team is self-serve per-seat licensing for smaller groups (from 2 seats, up to 150) with Standard and higher-usage Premium seats — usage is bundled into the seat. Enterprise adds SSO/SCIM, advanced security & compliance, larger context and admin governance, and is priced differently: a low flat seat plus usage billed at API rates ("seat price + usage at API rates"), custom-quoted.
Is this official Anthropic pricing?
No. Team seat prices are pre-filled from current published rates, but every field is editable and the Enterprise figure is an editable planning estimate. Enterprise is always custom-quoted — talk to us for a real quote.
How is the 3-year TCO calculated?
For the Team plan we cost Light/Regular users on Standard seats and Heavy users on Premium seats (usage bundled). For Enterprise we add a low flat seat plus metered API usage, estimated per user by usage tier and work profile (business ops vs coding). Both are multiplied across 36 months, with an optional one-time onboarding line.
Why does the usage mix matter?
Heavy, all-day users can exceed a Standard seat's usage and need a Premium seat. The more heavy users you have, the more Premium seats you buy on Team — which is where a flat Enterprise seat often becomes cheaper.
